Police Response systems:

It is standard that for all systems connected to an emergency service response, that servicing is conducted every 6 months, which should be booked in advance. A charge for monitoring and itemized component service will be made along with your initial Police application fee. As an SSAIB approved company, we are authorized to submit Police applications for Head Quarters processing.

Non Police Response systems:

For systems not connected to an emergency service response, servicing is conducted every 12 months and is notified to you when our reminder letters are sent.
